For contractors

The enquiry came in. We keep it moving.

Follow-up for the conversations that stall while you are on site. We work from your inbox with wording you approved, keep a record you can read in two minutes, and hand every real decision back to you.

The work

What you get.

Agreed in writing before anything starts, delivered as written.

Agreement on which enquiries are in

We go through what you already have and define exactly which enquiries the pilot covers. Nothing is added to the list without you.

Follow-up in your voice

You approve the wording, the channels (usually text and email) and the hours. We do not improvise on your behalf.

A record you can read

Every attempt, every reply and the next step for each enquiry, in one shared log. Replies are counted separately from booked jobs.

The decision stays with you

Estimates, site visits, prices, scheduling and whether to take the job are yours. We hand the person back with context.

A shared effort

Your part in it.

You give us authorised access to the enquiries, approve the business facts we may use and name one person we hand questions to. We never quote a job, promise a date or accept work on your behalf.

Common questions

Asked before, answered here.

Do you generate new leads?

No. This is follow-up on enquiries you already have. Lead generation and cold outreach are different work, and we would say so rather than blur them.

Can you work with our current tools?

We look at the tools and the access together before agreeing the pilot. Some systems can be shared, some cannot; we do not assume.

What will the pilot actually tell me?

How many enquiries were followed up, how many replied, how many were handed back to you and why. Booked and paid jobs are tracked by you, so the pilot can be judged honestly.

What does it cost after the pilot?

If the pilot earns its keep we agree an ongoing scope with a cap on enquiries and hours. If it does not, it ends with the review and a log you keep.

Pricing

What it costs.

A fixed-fee pilot to start

Up to 25 existing enquiries, up to three attempts each on two agreed channels, fixed coverage hours, a shared log and an end-of-pilot review. No new lead generation and no round-the-clock coverage.

Project and pilot fees are fixed, not hourly. Third-party costs are itemised separately and never marked up quietly.

Next step

Tell us about the situation.

Two or three sentences is enough. You get questions back, or a written scope.
