For aesthetic clinics
More attention for enquiries. More room for your team.
Administrative follow-up in a tone your clinic has approved, with a clear route back to your staff for anything that is not administrative. A calmer front desk, not a replacement for it.
The work
What you get.
Agreed in writing before anything starts, delivered as written.
A scope your clinic approves
The enquiry categories, the channels, the access and the coverage hours are agreed before anything is sent.
Replies you have already read
We use wording your clinic reviewed and approved. Opening hours, how to book, where to park, what is on your published price list.
Clear handoffs to your staff
Treatment questions, suitability, anything medical: handed to a named person at the clinic, every time, with the thread.
Visibility on open conversations
A record of activity, replies and unresolved administrative items, so the practice manager can see the state of things at a glance.
A shared effort
Your part in it.
Your team keeps medical advice, treatment decisions and clinical records. Access, privacy arrangements and the tools we may use are agreed before a pilot begins, and we do not start until they are workable.
Common questions
Asked before, answered here.
Will you answer treatment questions?
No. We handle approved administrative information only. Clinical advice, suitability and treatment decisions stay with your practitioners, and we hand those enquiries over immediately.
Do you offer 24-hour coverage?
No. Coverage hours are agreed in the pilot scope. Round-the-clock service is not part of the offer, and we will not imply it to your patients.
What about privacy and compliance?
We agree data handling, access and retention with you before the pilot, in writing. We do not claim a compliance certification we do not hold, and our own contact form asks for business information only.
What should we put in your contact form?
A business-level description of how enquiries reach you today. Please do not send patient names, records or treatment details.
Up to 25 administrative enquiries, approved scripts, up to three attempts each, defined staff handoffs and hours. Clinical questions are never in scope.
Project and pilot fees are fixed, not hourly. Third-party costs are itemised separately and never marked up quietly.
Next step
Tell us about the situation.
Two or three sentences is enough. You get questions back, or a written scope.
